West Shaw has been at the forefront of pickleball facility development and coach advancement. He has served as CEO of Picklemall and COO of Johns Design and Consulting, and currently manages Heleus Holdings—the parent company of StackEleven Marketing, 150+, RPO, and JDC. Through these roles, he has helped launch more than 14 pickleball facilities across the U.S. and internationally. Before entering the pickleball space, West spent over a decade in the golf industry, where he founded multiple golf brands that successfully completed the full business cycle, including acquisition.

Collin serves as the Director of Education and is the “Architect” of the Racketpro courses. So far in his pickleball career, Collin has claimed 47 professional titles and concluded the 2022–2024 seasons as half of the world’s #1 doubles team for the third consecutive year! His journey in racquet sports began on the ATP Tour, where he competed for multiple years. After transitioning from professional tennis, he coached junior high-performance and collegiate tennis at Florida Gulf Coast University. He later expanded his teaching career to country clubs – The Club at Mediterra and serving as the Head Racquets Professional at Baltimore Country Club—where he coached tennis, pickleball, and platform tennis. Collin began his pickleball career in February 2018 and transitioned to competing full- time as a professional in 2022. Over the years, he has remained active as a coach, leading a multitude of clinics both nationally and internationally. Collin currently coaches two top professional players and is widely regarded as one of the game’s most respected coaches. In addition to RPO, he has co-founded multiple education-focused businesses, including Pickleball 360, Johns Design & Consulting, and My DUPR Coach. A leader in advancing the sport of pickleball, Collin has presented at international pickleball coaching conferences and contributed articles to top industry publications, showcasing expertise across multiple disciplines. At Racketpro, Collin established the “Gold Standard” in pickleball coach education. In addition to developing curriculum, he personally trains RPO clinicians and conducts workshops worldwide. Collin remains dedicated to sharing his expertise with the broader pickleball community and fulfilling that mission through RPO.

Joined the racketpro team in March 2024 to lead the development of a world-class education platform. A seasoned pickleball coach and educator, he oversees course design and management, collaborating daily with industry experts, content creators, and professionals to deliver exceptional courses within an intuitive and comprehensive framework. Josh holds a Master of Education inInstructional Design and Technology from George Mason University (2020) and a Bachelor of Science from Towson University, where he was a varsity golfer(2010). In addition to his coaching accomplishments, he has achieved notable success as a professional player, reaching the quarterfinals in both the APP and PPA Tours in Men’s Pro Doubles. Josh is also the author of Pickleball With Pop,the first children’s pickleball book.

Angie brings her lengthy background of 12 years in Project Management and 15 years managing youth team sports to her current role at racketpro as the Membership Services and Workshop Manager. Angie joined the racketpro team in June 2025 to manage various aspects of the training and education platform. In her role, Angie works with clinicians and facility hosts to schedule RPO pickleball certification workshops, coordinates special events, manages memberships, and services members to enhance member engagement and support. Her commitment to exceptional member services is rooted in her background and she looks forward to working with new members and coaches.

Been an integral part of racketpro since its inception, where he delivers top-tier videography and graphic design expertise. As a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience, Bic oversees all aspects of production, from behind the camera to the editing suite. He is the founder of HTV 360, a corporate videography company that has taken him to over 26 countries. Co-founding Pickleball 360 alongside star athletes such as Ben Johns, Collin Johns, and Dekel Bar, Bic brings a unique blend of videography expertise and a passion for pickleball. His extensive background makes him the ideal candidate to deliver exceptional virtual courses. When he’s not in the studio or on the courts, Bic enjoys reflecting on his formative years spent on the lakes of Edina, Minnesota, whether gliding on ice skates or water skis. He currently resides in Lexington, VA, with his fiancée and their beloved pets/gardens at the family farm and Pickleball Barn.
